I've been working on this one for a couple of days now. I think its getting to a good place. The Shadow (ombra, in Italian) needs a bit more smoothing out at the top. I am torn whether to put in the shadows that the leaf casts down below or if I like it kind of oddly stark.

It's all about proportion people!

can't decide... you should try another with a shadow first. a small study. it could make the whole thing just pop!
I know its a tough one. I think I will leave this on as as is and start a new one an include all the shadows. Stay tuned!
